Free Guest List in Valencia

Choose the venue, check the conditions and sign up before 22:00 on the day of the event. Once your registration has been processed, you’ll receive a QR code by email, which you’ll need to show at the entrance.

Your QR code will show the official cut-off time for free entry. As this may vary depending on the venue, day or season, always check the time shown on your QR code before you go.

You can sign up until 22:00 on the day of the event. After that time, the guest lists close and no new registrations are accepted.

QR codes are sent on the day of the event. They may arrive a few minutes after you sign up or later, but you’ll receive them no later than 23:00.

It depends on the venue, the day and the season. The cut-off time may be 00:00, 00:30 or 01:00, for example.

The official cut-off time will always be shown on your QR code. Arrive well in advance, especially on busy nights, as queues may form and you must enter the venue before the free-entry period ends.

It depends on the venue. Most free nightclub guest lists are intended exclusively for Erasmus and international students, due to the large international student community in Valencia and at these types of events.

Other venues may have different requirements, so always check the specific guest list conditions before signing up.

Yes, if the guest list has this requirement. At the door, you’ll need to show a valid international student ID or Erasmus Card.

If you’re signed up to a guest list exclusively for Erasmus or international students but cannot provide proof of your status, the free guest list will not be valid and you’ll have to pay the standard admission price at the door, without the guest list discount.

No. You must be properly registered, meet the entry requirements, arrive before the free-entry cut-off time and pass the venue’s entry checks.

You must also be appropriately dressed and in a suitable condition to enter. The venue reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry, for example, because of inappropriate clothing or intoxication that could affect other guests.

Signing up for the guest list does not mean you can arrive right at the cut-off time. If there is a long queue and you do not enter the venue before the free-entry period ends, you may lose your free entry.

In that case, the same guest list QR code gives you a €5 discount on the standard admission price at the door.

No. Availability depends on the venue, the day and the event. On certain dates, the guest list may be limited or unavailable.

For special events and dates such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, Halloween or certain nights before public holidays, a free guest list may not be available. Always check the event conditions before signing up.

If it’s already past 22:00, the guest lists are closed and you will no longer be able to sign up.

In that case, you can buy an advance ticket, which usually costs between €5 and €10 less than buying a ticket at the door, depending on the venue. You can also check the available options for booking a VIP table.
