Terms and conditions of the Convento Club free mailing list
- Access: Admission is subject to the discretion of door staff and compliance with the conditions.
- Free admission: Free entry is valid until 00:30 or 01:00, depending on the day and the time stated on your QR. After that, entry is at a discounted rate. We recommend arriving early, as queues often form and you must enter before the cut-off time for the free list.
- If you arrive after the deadline: Your QR code is still valid and entitles you to a €5 discount on the door price. Without a QR code or an advance ticket, the door price may be €5 to €20 higher, depending on the event and capacity.
- List requirements: Valid only for Erasmus or international students aged 18 or over. If you do not meet this requirement, the free guest list will not be valid and you will need to enter with a paid ticket or a VIP table booking.
- Dress code: Smart casual style. Appropriate attire for the venue's atmosphere is required. Sportswear is not permitted.
- Club opening hours: from 23:59 to 07:00.
- Is the free guest list closed?
After 22:00, the guest list is closed and no new registrations are accepted.
From that time, entry is available only with a ticket or VIP table booking.
