ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Admission: entry is always subject to the discretion of the door staff, who will check that the entry conditions are met.
- Entrada gratuita: la entrada gratuita es válida hasta las 00:00, según el día y la hora indicada en tu QR. Después, acceso con descuento. Recomendamos llegar con antelación, ya que suelen formarse colas y debes acceder antes de la hora límite de la lista gratis.
- If you arrive after the cut-off time: your QR code remains valid and gives you a €5 discount on the door price. Without a QR code or advance ticket, the price is between €5 and €20 higher, depending on capacity and the event.
- Guest list requirements: only valid for Erasmus or international students aged 18 or over. You must be able to prove this with an Erasmus Card or international student ID. If you do not meet this requirement, the free guest list will not be valid and you will need a paid ticket or VIP table reservation.
- Dress code: Casual. Clothing must be appropriate for the venue. Sportswear and flip-flops are not allowed.

- Has the Free Guest List Closed?
From 22:00, the guest list closes and no new registrations are accepted. From that time, entry is only available with a ticket or VIP table reservation.

You can request the free guest list until 22:00 on the day of the event. Free entry is valid until 00:00. Always check the exact time shown on your QR code and arrive early to avoid problems with queues.
First, you will receive an email confirming your request and providing the relevant instructions. Your entry QR codes will be sent later, no later than 22:30 on the day of the event.
Make sure you enter your email address correctly when completing the form.
The free guest list is exclusively for Erasmus or international students aged 18 or over.
At the entrance, you may be asked to show an Erasmus Card or international student ID to prove that you meet the requirements. If you cannot provide proof, the free guest list will not be valid.
The free guest list is a good option if you meet the requirements and can get in before 00:00.
If you prefer not to have an entry cut-off time, you can buy an advance ticket. Advance tickets cost €5 to €20 less than buying directly at the door.
You will no longer be able to enter for free with the guest list. Your same QR code will remain valid and give you €5 off the door price.
If you already know that you will arrive after the cut-off time, it is better to buy an advance ticket, as it is cheaper than buying directly at the door.
