ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Access: Admission is always subject to the discretion of door staff, who will check that all entry conditions are met.
- Free admission: Free entry is valid until midnight, depending on the day and time stated on your QR. After that, discounted entry applies. We recommend arriving in good time, as queues often form and you must enter before the cut-off time for the free entry list.
- If you arrive after the deadline: Your QR code is still valid and entitles you to a €5 discount on the door price. Without a QR code or an advance ticket, the door price may be €5 to €20 higher, depending on the event and capacity.
- List requirements: valid only for Erasmus students or international students aged 18 or over. You will need to be able to prove it by means of Erasmus Card or international student card. If you do not meet this requirement, the free entry will not be valid and you will need to gain entry by purchasing a ticket or booking a table via VIP.
- Dress code: smart casual dress code. Appropriate attire for the venue is required. Sports clothing and flip-flops are not permitted.
- Club opening hours: from 22:30 to 07:00.
- Is the free guest list closed?
After 22:00, the guest list is closed and no new registrations are accepted.
From that time, entry is available only with a ticket or VIP table booking.

Frequently asked questions
You can request the free list until 22:00 on the day of the event.. Free admission is valid until 00:00. Always check the exact time stated on your QR and arrive in good time to avoid any problems with queues.
You will first receive a confirmation email with the instructions for your request. Your access QR code will be sent later and, at the latest, before 23:00 on the day of the event.
Make sure you enter your email address correctly when completing the form.
The free listing is intended exclusively for Erasmus students or international students aged 18 or over.
At the entrance you may be asked for a Erasmus Card or international student card to check that you meet the conditions. If you cannot prove it, the free listing will not be valid.
The free guest list is a good option if you meet the requirements and can get in before 00:00.
If you prefer not to rely on a time limit, you can buy an advance ticket. The advance ticket costs between between 5 and 10 € cheaper than buying directly at the door.
You will no longer be able to access it for free using the list. Your own QR will still be valid for obtaining £5 off the on-the-door price.
If you know in advance that you are going to arrive after the time limit, it is better to buy an advance ticket, since it turns out more economical than buying it straight at the door.
