ENTRY CONDITIONS
Access: Admission shall always be subject to the discretion of the door staff, who shall verify compliance with the conditions of entry.
- Free admission: The cut-off time for free entry may vary depending on the day and the event. Always check the official time stated in the registration link; it will also appear on your QR.
- If you arrive after the deadline: You will no longer be able to access it for free, but your own QR will still be valid for obtaining €5 off compared to the door price. Without a QR ticket or advance booking, the price is between €5 and €20 higher, depending on the capacity and the event.
- Dress code: smart casual dress code. Appropriate attire for the venue is required. Sports clothing and flip-flops are not permitted.
- Registration: After filling in our form you will receive by email the official link to join the free list. You must also complete that registration to be correctly registered.
- List requirements: Valid only for Erasmus students or international students aged 18 or over. You must be able to prove it with the relevant documentation. If you are not, the free list will not be valid and you will need to gain entry by purchasing a ticket or booking a table at VIP.
- Is the free guest list closed?
After 22:00, the guest list is closed and no new registrations are accepted.
From that time, entry is available only with a ticket or VIP table booking.
